Dust Down is a concentrated, silicate-based road hardener and soil stabilizer formulated to improve the strength, stability, and durability of unpaved roads, parking areas, equipment yards, driveways, staging areas, and other high-traffic soil surfaces. When properly diluted and applied, Dust Down penetrates the soil and helps bind fine soil particles together, creating a firmer, more compacted surface.
Dust Down helps reduce airborne dust, control surface erosion, minimize rutting and pothole formation, and improve the overall condition of unpaved areas. Regular application can help maintain cleaner, more stable work surfaces while reducing the need for frequent grading and maintenance.

DIRECTIONS
GENERAL USE: Dilute 1 part Dust Down concentrate with 1000 parts water. Apply evenly with a pressure sprayer and allow to penetrate the soil. Avoid excessive application or runoff.
DUST CONTROL: Apply the 1:1000 dilution evenly to the area requiring dust control. Use a stronger dilution for increased duration. Reapply as needed based on traffic, weather, and soil conditions.
SOIL STABILIZATION / ROAD HARDENING: Prepare the surface by grading and removing loose material as needed. Apply diluted solution evenly and allow to penetrate, dry, and compact. Dilution and application frequency may be adjusted based on soil composition, traffic, weather, and desired stabilization.
