Patch Work

# 1710

Patch Work is a high-performance, ready-to-use road patch designed for the quick repair of cracks, ruts, potholes, and other damaged surfaces. Its specialized wetting agents provide excellent adhesion to both wet and dry surfaces, making PATCH WORK ideal for use in virtually any weather condition.

Patch Work requires no heating, mixing, or special preparation and can be applied directly from the container. The formula hardens under compression and continues to strengthen as traffic passes over the repaired area.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, Patch Work can be used on a variety of solid surfaces including asphalt, concrete, brick, stone, wood, and cinder block. It can be applied in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 140°F.

DIRECTIONS

SURFACE PREPARATION: Sweep away all loose dirt, dust, and debris from the repair area.

APPLICATION: Pour Patch Work directly into the hole and fill slightly above the surrounding surface to form a slight crown. For holes deeper than 1”, apply in 1” layers, compacting each layer before adding the next.

COMPACTION: Compact using a tamper, roller, or heavy vehicle tire. Patch Work hardens under compression and continues to harden as traffic passes over the repaired area.

FINISHING: Dust newly applied PATCH WORK with sand or silica flour to help prevent tracking while the material is compressing.

Patch Work may be applied to wet or dry surfaces and in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 140°F. No heating or mixing is required.

For best results, remove loose material and standing water from the repair area before application.
